Updates to Trade Feature
Pokémon TCG Pocket is getting a major update on July 29, 2025! This patch introduces the new Wishlist feature, overhauls the trading system, and replaces trade tokens with shinedust. Plus, you can exchange any existing tokens for rewards. Read on for full details.
New Wishlist Feature
You can now let other players know exactly which cards you’re looking for:
- Add up to 20 cards to your wishlist from the My Cards screen.
- Choose 3 wishlisted cards to display on your player profile.
- Makes trading easier and more targeted!
Trade Feature Revisions
We’re streamlining trades and making them more rewarding:
- Trade tokens discontinued – no more consuming cards to trade.
- Trading ♦♦♦, ♦♦♦♦, and ★ rarity cards will now require Shinedust.
- Duplicate cards now grant double the Shinedust when added to your card dex.
Trade Token Exchanges
You can still use your existing trade tokens! Exchange them in the Shop for:
